Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics to drive data-driven decision making within the Fidelity Digital Assets organization. You will develop and lead hypothesis-driven initiatives embedded in Digital Assets to enhance customer value and experience.

The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering dashboards and reports, and applying advanced analytics to support product and operations stakeholders within Fidelity Digital Assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Advanced Degree a plus.
4+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions.
Experience with SQL, Python, R and other analytical tools.
Experience designing and developing dashboards/reports using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik; Business Objects a plus.
Experience with big data tech such as Snowflake, Athena.
Experience with digital analytics using Adobe Analytics.
Experience in Digital Assets a plus.
