Job summary

Woven by Toyota is seeking a highly experienced Sr Manager for ADAS Data and Software Validation & Release to lead the TPM team across global engineering and product groups. You will drive data, validation, and release activities for complex AD/ADAS programs, ensuring milestones are met with high quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep AD/ADAS production experience, strong ML program management, and proven leadership to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional program management experience in AD/ADAS.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing engineers in complex AD/ADAS programs.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end program execution for software, ML, and systems in AD/ADAS.
• Strong leadership and communication; experience with Japan is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the TPM team within AD/ADAS, delivering data and validation initiatives from concept through production.
• Establish roles, accountability, standards, and measurable objectives; coach team and track KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may affect timelines, quality, or efficiency.
• Develop contingency plans for deployment, infrastructure, and system integration.
• Communicate program updates, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Guide development activities across multi-disciplinary engineering to advance validation and pass/fail criteria.
• Drive accountability, removing blockers to keep data collection, processing, and validation on track.
• Build and scale program management, validation, and release processes for consistency and quality.
• Partner with stakeholders to align on priorities and customer expectations.
