Woven by Toyota seeks a Director, Global Head of Product Delivery to lead ADAS development and system integration across production vehicles. The role requires guiding experts, influencing global stakeholders, and ensuring safety, compliance, and data-driven development.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, architecture leadership, and a mission to deliver best-in-class automotive products with measurable performance and safety outcomes.

Formación

• 10+ years of leadership in system engineering or related roles.
• Proven end-to-end systems architecture for ADAS in production vehicles.
• Strong software architecture and integration in automotive systems.
• Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication; Japan experience preferred.
• Extensive verification and validation of automotive systems.
• Safety cases development and regulatory compliance.
• Experience setting and tracking performance metrics for complex systems.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive product goals.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and data-driven systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or CS.

Responsabilidades
