The Senior Manager of Actuarial Analytics is responsible for producing pricing, forecasting, and reserving deliverables. This role involves coaching and prioritizing for direct reports and collaborating across departments to meet organizational goals.
This role serves as a technical resource and mentor within the Actuarial department. The Senior Manager must stay informed about evolving healthcare and actuarial trends, regulatory guidance, analytic techniques, methodologies, and data sources.
