Job summary

ANAB is seeking a Senior Manager, Accreditation Systems Integrity to lead the evolution of the Accreditations platform and related processes. This role partners with leaders across ANAB to improve efficiency, risk management, document control, and internal auditing.

The position offers flexible work arrangements and a chance to shape global conformity assessment programs while ensuring compliance and continual improvement within a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with management systems, quality assurance, auditing, accreditation, or compliance.
• Experience coordinating projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and continual improvement of ANAB's management system.
• Lead initiatives supporting accreditation requirements and improvement.
• Coordinate internal corrective actions and monitor effectiveness.
• Schedule and oversee ANAB's internal audit program.
• Define requirements for Audeee functionality and deployments.
• Support release planning and adoption of new system features.
• Engage with stakeholder groups and leadership on process improvements.
