Job summary

ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) seeks a Senior Manager, Accreditation Systems Integrity to lead and enhance ANAB's management systems, operational processes, and Audeee platform evolution. You will partner with leaders to gather requirements, drive improvements, and ensure compliance across programs.

The role emphasizes quality management, auditing, risk reduction, and cross-functional teamwork, with opportunities to influence enterprise systems and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with management systems, quality assurance, auditing, accreditation, compliance, process improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and continual improvement of ANAB's management system and related operational processes.
• Lead initiatives that support accreditation requirements, management system objectives, and organizational continual improvement efforts.
• Coordinate internal corrective actions and monitor effectiveness of improvements.
• Schedule and oversee internal audit program, including horizontal and vertical audits.
• Coordinate external evaluations and audits and support related planning and preparation.
