ANAB in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Accreditation Systems Integrity to lead and improve ANAB's management system and related processes. The role partners with stakeholders to evolve Audeee, driving efficiency, risk reduction, and quality across accreditation activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong quality management, auditing, and project management experience, plus the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage system enhancements within Audeee.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five+ years of relevant professional experience; substitution rule applies for degree.
• Experience with management systems, quality assurance, auditing, accreditation, compliance, process improvement.
• Experience coordinating projects and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage implementation and continual improvement of ANAB's management system and related operational processes.
• Lead initiatives that support accreditation requirements and continual improvement.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and management reviews.
• Define requirements for new functionality and process improvements within Audeee.
• Support release planning and deployment activities for system enhancements.
• Gather user feedback and drive system improvements across ANAB.
