Job summary

ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) seeks a Senior Manager, Accreditation Systems Integrity to lead the evolution of ANAB's management system, processes, and the Audeee platform. You will collaborate with leaders across ANAB to drive efficiency, risk reduction, document control, and cross-functional improvement.

The role requires strong quality management, auditing, and project-management skills, with the ability to drive systemic change across programs and stakeholders in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of relevant professional experience; ten years may substitute.
• Experience with management systems, quality assurance, auditing, accreditation, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO standards or conformity assessment is highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and continual improvement of ANAB's management system and operational processes.
• Lead initiatives supporting accreditation requirements and continual improvement.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and management reviews.
• Define requirements for Audeee enhancements and coordinate user workshops.
• Support deployment planning and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
