Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Manager of Accounts Payable to join our dynamic finance team. You will architect and scale the procure-to-pay process for rapid growth, leading automation initiatives and implementing best-in-class systems to ensure accurate, compliant financial operations.

In this full-time role, you will drive vendor onboarding, invoicing, payments, and T&E processing, while partnering with Treasury and FP&A to forecast cash flow and monitor KPIs such as DPO

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive accounts payable experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Deep experience with ERP systems and AP platforms.
• Experience in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or startup environment is preferred.
• CPA or CTP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment runs, and employee expense reporting.
• Lead and mentor an AP team; build scalable, best-in-class processes.
• Drive automation and modern financial technology integrations for peak efficiency.
• Maintain robust internal controls to ensure GAAP and SOX compliance and support audits.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and other departments to optimize procure-to-pay experience.
