Robinhood is hiring a Senior Manager to lead Accounts Payable, owning end-to-end AP operations and driving automation within a P2P/ERP environment. The role supports a multi-office setup with in-person attendance at least 3 days per week, and emphasizes process maturity, controls, and team development.

You will oversee two-/three-way PO matching, payments, tax compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Treasury, and HR to optimize spend and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of accounts payable experience in a P2P/ERP environment.
• Hands-on PO matching (2-way/3-way) and vendor reconciliation.
• Experience leading system implementations and automation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AP operations including daily payment processing.
• Oversee PO matching and invoice exception resolution.
• Identify and lead automation initiatives, including AI solutions.
• Design processes with clear roles and controls.
• Establish performance metrics and data-driven reporting.
• Resolve non-routine issues and policy questions.
• Manage non-USD and manual payments, taxes, and 1099s.
• Oversee corporate card, travel, and expense programs with partners.
• Partner with HR on vendor data in Workday.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Finance and Treasury.
• Mentor AP team and safeguard internal controls.
