Collective Hub, Inc. seeks a senior Tax & Accounting leader to bridge bookkeeping and tax operations, guiding complex scenarios to optimize books for tax delivery. You will act as an internal expert, supporting internal teams and leading a growing function.

You will mentor staff, review tax returns (1040, 1120-S, 1065), manage multi-state nexus, and build scalable playbooks with enablement to handle increasing complexity over time.

Qualifications

• Active CPA, EA, or JD license required.
• 5+ years scaling and bridging bookkeeping and tax operations.
• Technical proficiency in complex books and tax preparation across multi-jurisdictional scenarios.
• Ability to translate tax complexity into scalable workflows and guide high-volume service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Bridge bookkeeping and tax operations for complex-tier members, ensuring alignment with tax delivery.
• Mentor and grow the bookkeeping and tax staff, providing feedback on complex scenarios.
• Review year-round financial activity to bridge books-to-tax implications of business decisions.
• Handle escalations from less-complex to complex-tier cases and resolve root issues.
