Job summary

Collective Hub, Inc. is seeking a tax accountant to manage client portfolios, prepare and file federal and state tax returns, and mentor junior staff. You will liaise between tax management and the broader team, driving accuracy and compliance across the organization.

The role supports a remote-friendly environment in the U.S., with some collaboration in a hybrid setup for Bay Area employees.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience preparing, signing, and filing returns: 1040 & 1120-S.
• Experience with Form 1065 and Schedules C/E/SE is a plus.
• Active CPA or EA or JD in residency state.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ financial background and goals to identify optimization opportunities.
• Review, deliver, sign, and file federal and state tax returns (1040, 1120-S).
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State requirements on all filings.
• Mentor and train junior tax staff; support day-to-day tasks.
• Communicate tax updates across the organization for clarity.
