Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager to drive A&D security strategy, deal security, and portfolio operations across pre-close and post-close phases. You will lead cross‑functional teams, translate complex cybersecurity requirements into actionable plans, and deliver executive‑level reporting to enable timely decisions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, or related fields, with strong executive communication and experience in acquisitions/divestitures,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio execution across pre-close and post-close phases.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align cybersecurity with business priorities.
• Develop and improve A&D cybersecurity playbooks, operating models, and governance processes.
• Provide guidance to team members, contractors, and cross‑functional contributors in a matrixed environment.
