Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design, development, and lab integration of real-time communications software for gNodeB and MOCN environments. Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management, engineering leadership experience.
• 10+ years of software experience for 4G/5G Core interfaces or RAN–Core.
• Deep expertise in 3GPP NGC and NGU protocols.
• Strong RRC signaling, Multi-PLMN, and broadcast configuration knowledge.
• Proven ability to architect real-time, low-latency stacks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design full software stack enabling real-time control-plane and data-plane comms between gNodeB and MOCN.
• Define module boundaries, interfaces for NGC/NGU and RRC components.
• Lead development of 3GPP-compliant protocols with deterministic timing.
• Oversee lab integration, HIL testing, and end-to-end system validation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing software team and lead cross-functional collaboration.
