Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience in regulated biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing (GMP).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solution Preparation org to meet 24/7 production goals.
• Provide oversight to Front‑Line Managers and align with site objectives.
• Drive operational excellence and lean initiatives across AR5 and AR30.
• Champion digital solutions for real‑time performance oversight.
• Mentor and develop Front‑Line Managers and staff.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process Development, Engineering and Supply Chain.
