Amgen’s West Greenwich facility seeks a Senior Manager, Manufacturing - AR5 Solution Prep to lead a 50+ person team across four shifts. The role drives safety, quality and continuous improvement in a 24/7 biomanufacturing setting, collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure reliable outputs of media and buffers.

You will influence site strategy, champion digital solutions, and mentor Front-Line Managers, building an agile, future-ready organization within Amgen’s network.

Formación

• Minimum of 8+ years in Manufacturing & Operations with progressive leadership.
• Experience managing large teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong GMP, EHS and quality culture knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the AR5 Solution Preparation org to meet 24/7 production goals.
• Drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on the floor.
• Shape site strategy and implement digital, data-driven improvements.
