CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Support Engineering - Infrastructure to lead and scale our 24/7 infrastructure support function. You will set the technical and operational bar, hire and develop engineers, and own the Direct-to-Expert model for escalations and incident response.

This role offers visibility across the company and a chance to shape scalable support in a fast-growing AI cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people-leadership experience and 8+ years total in technical support/operations.
• Strong background in Linux, containerization technologies, and Kubernetes.
• Experience at a hyperscaler or cloud infrastructure provider is a strong plus.
• Leads with empathy and develops engineers.
• Built enablement and quality programs that scaled a function.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, health, and performance of the entire 24/7 infrastructure support function.
• Own talent acquisition and retention by hiring, onboarding, and coaching engineers.
• Stay hands-on: dig into complex, customer-impacting issues with the team.
• Develop onboarding, training, and progression paths for career growth.
• Implement QA measures, ticket reviews, and best-practice playbooks.
• Own the support operating model, roles, coverage and SLOs.
• Lead customer communication during critical incidents.
• Track KPIs and plan for team growth and scalability.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering and domain teams for escalations.
• Champion the voice of the customer to drive product improvements.
