Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Senior Manager of Technical Support Engineering - Infrastructure to own and scale a globally distributed 24/7 support function for GPU‑focused infrastructure. You will set operating models, drive staffing, and ensure rapid, high‑quality issue resolution.

You will lead with empathy, grow engineers, and coordinate with Product Engineering and specialists to turn field learnings into product improvements. The role offers visibility and impact across CoreWeave as it scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people‑leadership experience and 8+ years total in technical support/operations, including running a 24/7 support function at scale in a cloud operations environment.
• Strong background in Linux, containerization technologies, and Kubernetes; understands virtualization and cloud computing concepts.
• Leadership with empathy; lead by example and develop engineers across the function.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, health, and performance of the 24/7 infrastructure support function across regions and domains.
• Lead talent acquisition and retention through onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Stay hands‑on by diving into complex issues alongside the team and serving as a senior escalation point.
