Ruchman and Associates in the United States seeks a Junior Compliance Officer to support DHS/ICE/HSI worksite enforcement programs nationwide. The role focuses on I-9 audit support, reviewing employment eligibility documentation, data input, and preparing audit-ready case files.
You will work with investigators and auditors, draft enforcement reports and notices, and coordinate with field teams to maintain compliance.
The Junior Compliance Officer (JCO) will support a nationwide investigative services contract in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)/Homeland Security Investigations (HSI)/Worksite Enforcement Unit (WSEU).
The JCO shall support the specialized investigative mission of DHS/ICE/HSI and participate as part of a team in the investigative mission of national/international investigative programs, initiatives and liaison activities. The JCO will provide I-9 audit support services and worksite enforcement compliance activities. The JCO assists in reviewing employment eligibility documentation, conducting database research, and preparing audit-ready case files and reports that support administrative enforcement actions and related determinations.
At a minimum, the Junior Compliance Officer shall perform the following tasks:
