Job summary

Ruchman and Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced contract manager to serve as the task manager for all contract activities. You will plan resources, staff effectively, and act as the main government point of contact (POC) meeting with the COR and leads to provide progress updates.

You will provide robust management and technical oversight, ensure quality, and perform QA on deliverables. The role includes recommendations for improvements and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MA/MS preferred for advanced program management.
  • Proven experience in administrative policies, audits, and federal contract management.
  • Experience solving problems, prioritizing workload, and leading personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as task manager for all contract activities and coordinate efforts.
  • Perform resource planning and staffing to meet program needs.
  • Act as main government POC; meet COR and leads to provide updates.
  • Provide management and technical oversight, ensuring quality and best practices.
  • Conduct QA reviews and timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Develop improvements and align efforts with strategic goals.
  • Assist with briefings, presentations, and program support.
  • Assess, monitor, and report performance risks.
  • Develop operational knowledge of the Worksite Enforcement program.

  • Perform adequate resource planning and staffing.
  • Serve as the main government point of contact (POC); Meet the COR or other government leads to provide task updates and demonstrate progress.
  • Provide management and technical oversight for tasks performed, ensuring quality and best practices are applied.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements, efficiencies, and alignment of expectations with strategic goals and objectives
  • Assist with briefings, presentations, training, and activities to support this program.
  • Assess, monitor and report performance risks.
  • Develop operational knowledge and functional understanding of the Worksite Enforcement program
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or Master’s (MA/MS) Degree
  • Fifteen years of relevant experience (ten years if candidate possesses a MA/MS Degree)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application in the areas of administrative policies, audits, program management, federal contract management, financial management, and functions similar to those identified in the work statement
  • Experience in problem solving, critical thinking, and prioritizing workload
  • At least two years of experience managing personnel and projects similar to this requirement
  • US Citizenship - Clearance
