Ruchman and Associates, Inc. seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations for the DEA Diversion Control Program, reporting to the Program Manager and ensuring timely, accurate background investigations and financial analyses for new registrant applicants.

The DPM will supervise contractor personnel, coordinate workloads, and ensure compliance with DEA policies and contract requirements, while preparing monthly status and performance reports and briefing officials on performance.

Qualifications

  • .Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Intelligence Studies, or related discipline

  • A minimum of ten years of management experience supervising investigative, intelligence, compliance, financial, regulatory, or law enforcement personnel

  • Experience managing multiple teams and Government contract deliverables

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to coordinate with government CORs and the Contract Program Manager

Description

Requirements

Required Skills And Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Intelligence Studies, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of management experience supervising investigative, intelligence, compliance, financial, regulatory, or law enforcement personnel.
  • Experience managing multiple teams and Government contract deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to coordinate with government CORs and the Contract Program Manager.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required Government security clearances.
