Job summary

You are required to report to the Manager and provide professional advice to clients regarding property management of the Firm's managed buildings.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer a property portfolio of commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
2. Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants.
3. Act as the company's representative to handle inquiries from clients and tenants.

Requirements:

1. Degree in real estate, building management, or related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a sizable property management company.
3. Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC, and related ordinances.
4. Excellent client relationship management skills.
5. Initiative and ability to work independently.
6. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
7. Possession of a valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License is an advantage.
