Job summary

Civicworks in partnership with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation seeks a Management Analyst III to provide senior-level analytical and compliance oversight. You will ensure data integrity, monitor contractual obligations, evaluate vendor performance, and lead quality assurance initiatives to support federal and state requirements.

You will conduct advanced data analyses to identify trends, develop evidence-based recommendations, and help improve operations.

Qualifications

• Three years experience conducting studies to evaluate operations, programs, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Three years experience in descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, standard deviation).
• Three years experience interpreting laws, rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Six months experience designing studies including determining goals, data sources, and collection methods.
• Six months experience in narrative report writing.
• Knowledge of inferential statistics such as correlation, t-tests, and analysis of variance.
