Responsibilities include conducting organizational studies, leading analytics efforts, and supervising junior staff while ensuring Navy program excellence and mission alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience applying analytic methodologies to program management and operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide project teams.
• Minimum five years of analytic experience with Navy/NAVAIR exposure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
