Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Project Manager for a recently awarded contract at Patuxent River, MD. You will analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget, while guiding the administrative staff and serving as a point of contact for the client.

The role requires collaboration with Navy and DoD representatives, ensuring compliance with government processes and delivering program results on time and within budget. Navy/DoD liaison experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Business Administration, Management or other relevant technical discipline.
• AS or AA with four years of additional experience or eight years substituted for BA/BS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project procedures and controls are followed, manage staffing project efforts, and lead problem resolution.
• Interfaces with system or program contractors, vendors, and Government representatives regarding the technical aspects of the programs/projects.
• Must have experience supporting senior Navy and DoD leadership liaison operations, providing facilities management.
• Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
• Lead and guide the work of administrative staff.
• May serve as a point of contact for the client or customer.
