Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Program Manager for a recently awarded contract in Patuxent River, MD. The PM will analyze and coordinate schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget, and lead the administrative staff as the primary interface with government program authorities.

Required: a BS/BA in Business Administration or related discipline with 6+ years of experience in office operations or management support; supervisory experience; DoD/Navy command exposure; and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

BS/BA in Business Administration or related discipline with 6+ years in office operations or management support.
Minimum 5 years supervisory/Team Lead experience.
Direct DoD Navy/Echelon Command/ Secretariat experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort.
Primary interface with Government program authorities and representatives on technical issues.
Oversees contractor personnel program/project operations.
Organizes, directs and coordinates planning and production of contract/subcontract support activities.
Analyze and coordinate schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget per project.
