Job summary

Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Office of the Inspector General, seeks a Senior Management Analyst I to plan and conduct IT, cybersecurity, contract, and other audits. The incumbent may work independently or with a team, providing advisory services and technical assistance to agency staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 7 years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, or related administrative work; OR bachelor's degree plus 3 years of professional experience.
• Valid driver's license required
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, methods of data analysis, and basic mathematics
• Ability to conduct audits, interpret laws and regulations, analyze data, and prepare audit reports
• Preference given to applicants with Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Information Systems Auditor certification
• Willingness to obtain additional training in computerized technology and cybersecurity
