Job summary

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services seeks a Government Analyst I to support its rulemaking workflow. You will track statutory changes, liaise with administrative committees and attorneys, and oversee publications, forms, and SOPs while ensuring records compliance.

This role also provides administrative support to the Division of Agricultural Environmental Services and may require occasional travel as part of regulatory planning and analysis activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 7 years of regulatory planning, research, analysis, or compliance review experience; OR bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of rulemaking processes and administrative procedures.
• Experience with records management and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative coordination responsibilities.
