Job summary

Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Office of Inspector General, is seeking a Senior Management Analyst I - SES to conduct IT and cybersecurity audits, provide advisory services, and oversee audit projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering or administrative work.
• Master's degree can substitute for one year of required experience.
• Preference given to CIA or CISA certifications.
• Requires possession of a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct IT and cybersecurity audits, contract audits, and other audits and discuss findings with the Director of Auditing.
• Perform reviews of programs, systems, controls, records, policies, procedures, performance measures or activities within the agency or other entities providing services to the agency.
• Establish audit/review objectives and scope; determine nature, timing and extent of work; provide recommendations for improvements to management.
• Mentor Internal Auditor I and II; perform special project assignments; prepare working papers per policies and guides; monitor workflow and time utilization.
