Job summary

Intelligence Careers is seeking a Management Analyst at the GG-14 level to provide technical advice to the Director, Research and Development Support Activity on DCIPS civilian workforce programs.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GG-13, including policy development, advisory services to managers on performance management, pay, leave, and work schedules, and briefing audiences on hiring, training, and employee development.

Qualifications

• Develop agency-wide related policies ensuring alignment with statute and regulation.
• Provide advisory services to managers on performance management, pay, leave, premium pay, or work schedule issues.
• Conduct briefings or present findings to diverse audiences on hiring, training and employee development.
• Develop strategic policy documents in employee performance management and conduct issues.
