GAP Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Human Resource Specialist to support DHS by applying advanced federal HR expertise across staffing, classification, benefits, and labor relations.

You will develop policies, SOPs, and reports, map workflows, and conduct workforce studies to improve accountability and efficiency. This role requires 10 years of federal HR experience, DE Certification, and the ability to travel as needed.

Formación

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 10 years of federal HR experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or LPR with current U.S. residency.
• Travel may be required for site visits or duties.
• Knowledge of Health and Human Services guidelines for federal drug testing when applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Research HR policy, write new policies, edit existing policies and provide broad guidance on federal HR.
• Develop, document and implement SOPs.
• Review HR workflow and map processes to streamline operations.
• Design and produce reports and queries using NFC and agency databases; implement internal controls.
• Conduct workforce studies: mobility, competency models, career paths, performance, staffing, and demand models.
