Blackwatch International Corporation in the DC metro area seeks an Analyst, Financial Systems (ANFS) – Low Senior to support NAVSEA PMS 470 contract tasks related to business and financial management. The role requires active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship.

The analyst will advise on annual budgets, analyze performance, and help ensure accurate budgeting aligned with program objectives, regulations, and internal controls. This is a full-time position with federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets.
• Measure organizational performance and assess effects of programs and policies on the budget.
• Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures, regulations, and objectives.
• Possibly perform cost-benefit analyses to review funding requests and funding tradeoffs.
• Examine past budgets and research economic and financial developments affecting spending.
• Develop guidelines and policies for budgeting processes.
• May train personnel on new budget procedures.
