You will work with the Transition Leader, client stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate strategy into a stable, scalable operation.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in managed services, and proven ability to manage multi-workstream transitions.

Qualifications

Five+ years in managed services or large transition programs.
Experience leading multi-workstream transitions with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in transitioning back-office functions to managed services is preferred.
PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Translate transition strategy into an integrated execution plan with milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for mobilization, knowledge transfer, and go-live.
Validate scope, delivery model, and responsibilities early in mobilization.
Develop knowledge capture and readiness criteria and manage training.
Coordinate readiness across systems, data, security, and environments.
Establish governance, risk and controls; drive mitigations.
Lead stabilization and handoff to steady-state operations.
Deliverables include an integrated plan, RACI, and dashboards.
