Job summary

Lansdale Hospital is seeking a Lead Mammography Technologist to perform mammography exams, screenings, and diagnostic imaging procedures. You will play a key role in detecting breast tissue abnormalities, providing patient care, and ensuring quality imaging services.

The successful applicant will have a graduate degree in Radiology Sciences, relevant certifications, and ideally 6 months to 1 year of experience. The full-time position involves working Monday through Friday with a focus on patient education and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a recognized School of Radiology Sciences.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• ARRT certification in radiography; ARRT advanced certification in Mammography.

Responsibilities

• Performs mammography exams and assists during invasive procedures.
• Operates mammography equipment and produces radiograph images.
• Documents patient mammogram services by completing patient record charting.
