Job summary

Sentara Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Senior Mammography Technologist for the Mobile Mammography Unit in Williamsburg. The role involves leading the mobile team, delivering high-quality breast imaging services, and ensuring patient comfort and safety on the go.

Required are ARRT certification with mammography endorsement and 2+ years of radiology experience, with ALD Radiologic Sciences or a trade school certificate. A 20k sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• ALD Radiologic Sciences or trade school certificate required.
• ARRT certification and ARRT (M) credential required.
• Minimum 2 years of radiology/mammography experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography and bone densitometry imaging under physician supervision.
• Position patients correctly and operate radiology equipment.
• Explain procedures and document in department systems; lead department operations.
