Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of fundraising or related experience.
• Experience with donor databases and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Proven track record of developing strategies that close gifts.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor portfolio, engage principal and major gifts and secure commitments.
• Travel extensively to build donor relationships and support portfolio engagement.
• Collaborate with University Advancement and campus leadership to align donor interests with Bucknell priorities.
