Job summary

Bucknell University seeks Development Officers and Senior Development Officers to join our University Advancement team. These roles involve significant travel and relationship-building to secure major gifts and steward donors across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years fundraising or related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; ability to manage complex donor portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor portfolio including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Engage in face-to-face meetings with major donors to advance gifts.
• Plan and staff campus visits and donor engagement events.
• Travel extensively to support portfolio engagement.
