Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate for Engineering Services - Maintenance in Malabar, FL. You will support production testing of high-speed avionics modules, applying electrical theory and testing procedures to ensure equipment reliability and timely delivery of hardware.

Responsibilities include collecting test data, generating reports, interpreting schematics, and collaborating with engineers to optimize test processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience; graduate degree or equivalent with 0–2 years; in lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Experience reading engineering drawings or schematics and using test equipment to troubleshoot hardware.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collect test data and generate test reports, determine root cause, and propose corrective actions.
• Understand and maintain test sets and equipment used for deliverable hardware.
• Implement operational strategies to meet cost, quality, delivery, and safety objectives; drive program and department initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize test processes and procedures.
