Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years is also acceptable.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience with IPC standards and military electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering support to ensure safe, repeatable, and efficient processes meeting quality and delivery goals.
• Develop, optimize, and sustain processes for avionics hardware including CCAs, microelectronics, and assemblies.
• Drive process improvements and root-cause investigations across cross‑functional teams.
