Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Malabar, Florida seeks a Senior Associate, Integration and Test Engineering to support production testing of high-speed avionics processors and fiber optic components. You will apply electrical theory and testing procedures to troubleshoot to component-level digital circuitry and lead test technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate degree with 0–2 years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, 6+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings or schematics.
• Work under direct supervision using a prescribed set of processes and procedures.
• Work directly with engineers optimizing test processes and procedures.
• Lean, continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
