Job summary

MG Properties is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to support our Washington region across apartment communities. The role includes preventive maintenance, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and responding to service requests with a strong customer-service focus.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in apartment maintenance, hands-on experience across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), reliable transportation, on-call availability, and a teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc. a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at properties throughout our Washington region!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Compensation and Benefits

• $32-$36/hour DOE
