Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 10+ years' experience or a college degree, certificate, or apprenticeship with 5+ years in skilled trades.
• CMRT or equivalent accreditation desired.
• Intermediate MS Windows skills.
• Knowledge to use advanced diagnostic tools
• Electrical skills up to 3-phase 480V and reading schematics

Responsibilities

• Adhere to AbbVie's code of conduct.
• Maintain department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality.
• Collaborate with Reliability Engineering on maintenance programs, RCA, and RCM.
• Facilitate workshops as needed.
• Serve as SME in advanced skilled trade disciplines.
• Contribute to developing and delivering technical training and OJT.
• Support cross-functional teams outside maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Follow safety and GMP regulations.
