Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years as a maintenance technician.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with planned maintenance and backlog management.
• Familiarity with hand tools (tape measure, calipers, grinders, etc.).
• Ability to safely use a ladder as needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• US work authorization required to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of equipment, lines, and facilities to optimize technical and financial resources.
• Oversee daily, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities.
• Update and maintain technical documentation for equipment and lines.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to define maintenance plans for new lines.
• Suggest improvements to reliability, safety, and energy efficiency.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Implement health, safety and environmental guidelines.
