MG Properties is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team across Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will bring broad maintenance skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to handle on-call emergencies and a variety of duties at our properties.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, performing repairs on appliances, painting, turnovers, and responding to service requests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service mindset with teamwork.
• Consent to audio recording during work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• On-call rotation availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on properties in the Sacramento, CA area.
• Handle cleaning of grounds, offices, and common areas; service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint, turnovers, and general maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Respond to emergencies and take on-call calls as needed.
