Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities in Pensacola is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure quality service and maintain properties for residents. This role involves supervising maintenance staff and managing all aspects of maintenance services, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance, customer service skills, and the ability to provide training and guidance to others. A valid driver's license is also required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of maintenance experience or 4 years with EPA 608 Universal.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a safe driving record is required.
• Ability to train on skill trades and guide less senior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Ensure execution of company safety and environmental policies.
• Deliver high levels of resident satisfaction through interactions.
• Work a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 coverage.
