Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical or mechanical field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years manufacturing maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment.
• Read Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic prints.
• Strong troubleshooting for PLCs, VFDs, servo systems, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Good judgment, initiative, and communication across all levels.
• Continuous improvement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment for safe, reliable operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Lead TPM and root cause analyses for equipment failures.
• Support packaging operations and prototype development.
• Operate in compliance with safety programs (LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space).
• Use CMMS to manage PMs, work orders, and parts inventory.
• Maintain 5S standards in the maintenance shop.
• Collaborate with maintenance leadership to track performance and improvements.
• Perform emergency repairs and adjust schedule as needed.
