Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join the maintenance team as a senior member with extensive knowledge of diverse systems. You will lead coordinating and prioritizing maintenance activities and provide training to junior technicians.

The role requires advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive programs, and collaboration with engineering to improve equipment reliability while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Journeyman electrical license is a plus.
• Extensive experience in maintenance and repair of complex machinery and systems.
• Knowledge of advanced maintenance techniques including predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced maintenance tasks and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities with production and engineering teams.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.
• Ensure documentation and record-keeping for maintenance actions.
• Maintain safety and compliance with all rules and standards.
