Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join our on-site team. You will serve as a senior member of the maintenance group, lead priorities, and coordinate multi-system repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.

The role requires extensive knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase, and collaboration with engineering and production to optimize reliability. Strong leadership and documentation skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or any satisfactory combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties.
• Journeyman electrical license is a plus.
• Extensive experience in maintenance and repair of complex machinery and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities and coordinate priorities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Inspect and identify root causes of equipment failures.
• Oversee installation, calibration, and maintenance of control systems.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and train team members.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance.
• Document actions and issues to maintain continuity.
