Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV to ensure optimal performance and reliability of production equipment.

You will maintain, repair and troubleshoot machinery, including electrical systems and PLC programming, to support continuous and efficient operations. Key duties include responding to production requests, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing electrical/electronic systems, welding, and ensuring GMP/SQF compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or comparable experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and standard practices.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving across multiple systems.
• Electrical expertise, including PLC programming and controls.
• Ability to weld (TIG, MIG, and Stick).
• Skilled in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to production requests and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Prepare requisitions for tools, parts, and supplies needed for equipment upkeep.
• Diagnose and repair electrical/electronic systems, PLC controls, and general production line machinery.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement permanent corrective solutions.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure GMP and SQF compliance to deliver products that meet customer expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
