Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV to perform complex mechanical and electrical duties in a manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot PLCs, modify programming, and maintain equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The role requires reading blueprints, understanding electrical codes, and leading process-improvement efforts to drive productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Journeyman license preferred.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience with electrical work.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLCs using handheld device or laptop.
• Design and modify programs for PLCs and operator panels.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Read blueprints and diagnose electrical system faults.
• Test motors and circuits with appropriate instruments.
• Lead improvement projects to boost productivity and reduce costs.
